David Stack – equine surgeon from Liverpool University Equine clinic, visited LUA equine clinic over the weekend. David is a European Specialist in Equine Surgery, and his main area of interest is orthopedic surgery and lameness. During this visit, tenoscopy procedure was performed on a horse and digital flexor tendon lesion was diagnosed and treated. Operation was successful.

Tenoscopy is a technique, used for diagnostic and therapeutical purposes, by which insertion of an optic camera into the tendon sheath allow for visualization and treatment of tendon injuries.
